Central Bank of Oman is the country’s banking authority and regulatory body and is responsible for the country’s economic decisions. The client was facing issues with managing documents and tracking. There was no Identity management either. IOTAP delivered an Intranet solution that transformed the way CBO worked by providing easy access to information in an organized and streamlined manner with subsections such as News, Picture Gallery, Benefits & Privileges, Loan calculators, Events Calendar, Latest Currency Conversion Rates etc. along with the capability of process automation through SharePoint workflows.
