CEAT is a leading manufacturer of Vehicle tyres and accessories in India. The client had built its infrastructure on Microsoft products and technologies and was looking to enhance and restructure process by automating them. The huge challenge was to decentralize the paper based operation of documents, inability to find proper information within a reasonable time frame. IOTAP designed for them a system to manage all IT assets easily by admins as well as users. Several workflows were created and implemented envisioning several possible scenarios an IT asset manager faces.
